LU-1: Connectivity Interruption Detected 6th December 2017
Automated Alert: A small interruption, packet loss or slow down has been detected. A NOC Engineer has been dispatched to investigate.

Cause: Upstream's Upstream made a mistake in a prefix list update that resulted in routes being dropped when the session flapped at a later date.
This further incident was caused by an attack which occurred from a malicious new client while running routes over a backup link. Client has been removed from service. We are also taking measures to get nullroute support for our backup link in LUX.

Seems to be better! No Incident has been detected for a while now. We will continue to monitor the situation and update as necessary (Automated Update).
