An incident affecting the routing some IPs has been detected. We are currently investigating. As a precaution we have routed around the London PoP until we are able to diagnose the issue.
It appears to be an upstream router configuration issue.
Routing restored to UK.
Upstream router configuration was erroneous after the router hardware upgrade. The issue caused an effect during reduced traffic of new years day for some customers. Configuration has been fixed.
