ASH-1: Connectivity Interruption Detected 1st March 2018


Automated Alert: A small interruption, packet loss or slow down has been detected. A NOC Engineer has been dispatched to investigate.

Seems to be better! No Incident has been detected for a while now. We will continue to monitor the situation and update as necessary (Automated Update).

Incident detected with Ashburn PoP, appears to be a localised Telia incident. Traffic inbound via Telia was automatically redirected to Miami. Upon review while NOC investigates we have disabled incoming routes to Ashburn with traffic being redirected via Miami and Dallas. There should be no outages of HA services as a result, latency to the East Coast may increase during this time.
