Update Routes have been restored as Cogent have resolved the issue.
Update Upstream response: They are working with Cogent and hope to have a solution in a couple days. We will keep the routes removed from LAX until fixed.
Note We are aware of a fault upstream in LA. While we wait on resulution we have pulled all routes from the region.
