We apologize for the inconvenience. The issue was caused by a failure on the core router, which required additional time for our Network Engineering and Data Center teams to recover and stabilize the affected services.
The core router has now been recovered, and the service is currently stable. We will continue to monitor the network to ensure there are no further issues.
